I‘m a humanistic Gestalt counsellor and ecotherapy facilitator supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions.
My own path started in the fast-paced corporate world in London. I spent years doing what I felt I should do – climbing the career ladder, pushing harder, ignoring the signs that something didn’t feel right. Eventually I found myself dealing with panic attacks and a growing feeling that I’d lost touch with who I really was.
That period showed me how important it is to live in a way that actually matches your values, not society’s expectations. It also opened the door to therapy and holistic wellbeing, which helped me re-find my footing and understand myself on a much deeper level.
Now, as a therapist, I’m here to support others on their own journey back to themselves. My approach is gentle, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that when you understand what’s going on inside – your feelings, needs, strengths and limits – you can start making choices that genuinely feel right for you.
My aim is to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever you’re facing – whether that’s anxiety and stress, depression or low mood, struggles with self-esteem, or the pain of grief and loss. Together, we make space for your experiences, help you understand what’s happening inside, and support you in moving toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned and meaningful.
