My approach
Therapy with me is gentle, reflective, and collaborative — grounded in warmth, trust, and presence, with deep respect for the whole of who you are.
I believe that the relationship is one of the most important parts of effective therapy and to look at the challenging parts of your life and inner world, you need to feel safe, understood and held by the person sitting in front of you. This can take time so my focus is to lay the foundations for that trusting relationship to emerge.
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you at your own pace, including what’s been said and what hasn’t. Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your authentic self and discovering your own answers.
My practice is rooted in a holistic, humanistic approach, while also drawing from other approaches as needed. When helpful, I may offer gentle invitations such as creative exploration or practical tools to open up new perspectives and deepen your understanding.

About me
I‘m a humanistic Gestalt counsellor and ecotherapy facilitator supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions.
My own path started in the fast-paced corporate world in London. After dealing with panic attacks, I realised how important it is to live in a way that matches your values, not others expectations. It also opened the door to therapy and holistic wellbeing, which helped me re-find my footing and understand myself on a much deeper level.
Now, as a therapist, I’m here to support others on their own journey back to themselves. My aim is to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever you’re facing and help you find a way forward.

“Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen, to ask for what you need, to talk about how you’re feeling, to have the hard conversations.”
