Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of relaxation that invites you to mindfully immerse yourself in a forest. The term literally means “taking in the forest atmosphere”. Forest bathing is about slowing down, walking gently, and opening your senses to connect with the natural world.

  • Individuals: £120 for a 2.5hr session

I offer a unique blend of counselling, nature wellbeing, and marketing services for both individuals and businesses. At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to supporting others in reconnecting with themselves and unlocking their true potential.

My journey started in the corporate world of London, following the societal voices of “shoulds”. Over time, I felt a disconnect between my values and the environments I was working in, leading to stress and panic attacks. This experience taught me the importance of aligning with my true self.
